From your first enquiry to coming home — how booking a Tourio adventure works.
Browse our tours by region or theme. Every itinerary on the site is a real trip we run — and a starting point. Nothing is off-the-shelf: think of each one as a template we shape around you.
No booking engine, no card details, no pressure. Use the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp to tell us which trip you like and roughly when you’d travel. A real person — usually one of the team who has guided it — replies personally, normally within 24 hours.
Together we adjust the dates, pace, hotels and add-ons to suit you, whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, a family or a group of friends. Want to combine two trips, upgrade your hotels, or extend a few days on a beach? That’s the whole point.
When you’re happy with the plan, a deposit confirms your place and the balance is due before you travel.
Every price covers your accommodation, the services of your guide, all listed activities and entrance fees, internal transport, and most meals as shown in the itinerary. It doesn’t include international flights (which is why prices are shown “+ Flight”), visas, travel insurance or personal spending — and we’ll always be clear about exactly what’s covered before you book.
Once you’re booked, we send detailed pre-departure guidance: visas, health and vaccinations, what to pack, and a final day-by-day itinerary. You’ll always have a real person to call with any question, right up to the day you fly.
Our groups are small and personally escorted, with expert local guides and support available around the clock. And when you’re home, we’d love to hear how it went — we’re always here to help plan the next one.
