Sarah is the person who makes sure everything actually works. Based in London, she handles everything from the moment you first get in touch to the moment you return home — and everything in between.

Before joining Tourio, Sarah worked in sustainable travel consultancy, helping tour operators think more carefully about their environmental and community impact. She brought that ethos with her, and it shapes how Tourio approaches every destination.

She has a genuine passion for getting the details right — the right guesthouse, the right timing, the backup plan nobody ever needs but everyone's glad exists.

Outside work, she's a keen hiker and has a particular soft spot for Scandinavia in winter.
