Yasmin is one of the most widely travelled members of the Tourio team — and one of the most versatile. With over 50 countries under her belt, her experience spans some of the world's most challenging and rewarding destinations, from the volcanic interiors of Java and Sumatra to the ancient temples of Myanmar, the river towns of Laos, the backroads of Cambodia and Vietnam, and the vast subcontinent of India from north to south.

Her expertise goes well beyond knowing a destination. Yasmin specialises in the kind of travel that demands real skill — long-distance trekking, mountaineering, wildlife expeditions and deep cultural immersion. She is equally at home navigating a remote trail in East Africa as she is guiding a group through the souks of North Africa or the high passes of the Caucasus.
