The definitive East Africa safari — Kenya's Masai Mara and Amboseli followed by Tanzania's Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Together, these four parks represent the world's most extraordinary concentration of African wildlife. Eleven days, maximum 8 people per vehicle, with experienced guides in both countries.
Arrive in Nairobi. Welcome dinner and briefing.
Drive to the Masai Mara. Afternoon game drive on arrival.
Full day in the Mara — morning and afternoon game drives. Big cat country: lions, cheetah, leopard. Masai village visit.
Early morning drive, then transfer to Amboseli via Narok. Afternoon game drive at Amboseli with Kilimanjaro views.
Full day in Amboseli — elephant herds, Kilimanjaro backdrop. Morning and afternoon drives.
Cross into Tanzania, fly from Arusha to the Serengeti. Afternoon game drive on the open plains.
Full day on the Serengeti plains. The scale is humbling — horizon to horizon, with thousands of animals. Morning and afternoon drives.
Final morning in the Serengeti, then drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for an afternoon game drive on the crater floor.
Full morning in Ngorongoro Crater — the world's most perfect natural wildlife enclosure. Black rhinos, lions, hippos, flamingos and Masai cattle all share the floor.
Drive to Arusha. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
